Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company's new website launch. Our company name is 'New Dawn Films' and we create high end video productions for various clients in the New York City area.
Our current logo can be seen at www.newdawnfilm.com and our new template can be seen here http://www.renklibeyaz.com/rightnowwp/
We would like something more simple and sleek then our current logo, that will compliment our new site. The worst thing about the current log that we want changed is the sun in the middle. It's to large and a distraction. We like the Films word being inside of the Dawn wording but are open to changes/new fonts. We'd like to keep in the orange/red realm regarding color.
