The current budget suffices for HOMEPAGE PSD design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

I've guaranteed the job now. Unfortunately as this is a non-profit personal project I only have enough money for the currently allocated budget, so it looks like I'm going to have to learn to code myself.
