Web Design Brief

We need a small webdesign for a WEB-Application. Functionality will be provided by our developers. All we need are templates with HTML5, CSS and Java functionality for the "animated" parts. As well as some images and logos .
See attached Powerpoint. Please ignore last slide.
Design should be state of the art material design as know from Google or Iphone latest OS versions
In the end will be fluid design (fitting automatically to actual screen size) but template should base on 540 x 960
