Poster Design Brief

I am looking for a banner design for a new home remodel we are doing. It is going to be 10' wide by 4' in height. The address is 3439 N 45th Pl Phoenix AZ 85018.

The home is going to be 2,863 sq ft. Have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a 2 car garage. The lot size is 10,093 sq feet.
