We need a wordpress design for an established auction and real estate company based in California. The winning design will incorporate a creative layout, pleasing color scheme and logo in a very professional and clean manner.

Must have

• Client likes the overall look of http://atlbid.com/. Site will use the logo colors and maybe complimentary highlight color. Note from client: "“It's important that the appearance of the site will be unique and easily recognizable. In general try to avoid too many colors especially bright and negative contention colors such as bright red, orange, yellow and such. "
  
  The layout should be close as the mentioned reference site except the slideshow (image attached) should be placed below navigation, perhaps at top of content area for the page. Sidebar widgets will include:
  - SMS signup form
  - Register to bid call to action (as in reference site)
  - Email signup form (with only "enter email" field)
  - Blog feature "News & Events"
  - Social media icons for facebook, twitter, google+, RSS
