Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for 3 pages css coded site only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Thanks for your interest. I am pretty sure I checked guaranteed. When filling out the questionnaire it gave me the option of 5 pages. It is fine if you can just do 3. My main concern is the landing page for the CCAB Test drive and the form the clients have to fill out

Also is this redesign of the current homepage or the CCAB test drive landing page? please clarify
