Logo Design Brief
UPDATE: we will be accepting designs throughout, however those we like the most will be in a poll we are scheduling for tomorrow afternoon.
We are a private school of languages in Greece. It is actually a family business with a history of almost 50 years. We have a logo but we want to modernise it, in a way.
We want something that would look also good in black, simple, with not very intricate lines. The globe could also be cartoon-like but not necessarily.
A flat design would be desirable and we want the logo text both in English and in Greek -not sure if you can read this: "Κεντρο Ξένων Γλωσσών Σοφιάδης".
There will be more info (address, telephone, email) but after we have chosen a designer.

Requirements
Must have
- Playfulness and smart, yet simple.
- Something reminiscent of the old logo, so keep the globe.
Nice to have
- It would be nice to show, at least vaguely, that our business has to do with languages.
- We chose the serif font just to show that we're looking for something legible. We're open to suggestions.
Should not have
- shouldn't be very detailed and intricate in terms of design
