Logo Design Brief

J&S Real Estate Investments, (the company) is a LLC doing business in the State of Florida. The company’s primary activity is the purchase of real estate held for limited time periods for the purpose re-sale and short-term profit taking. We need a logo to represent our brand which will appear on business cards, letterhead, flyers, yard signs, door hangers, website, etc. A basic drawing has been attached, but we need an artist to enhance the concept with color which communicates competence, trustworthiness within our Florida community.
