Logo Design Brief

Our company works in wind energy as well as the oil and gas industry. We build roads, substation, locations and provide other various job specifics for our customers.
I have no images for you to reference, but this is what we would like for our company logo:
We would like the "T" in CrossTimber to be an actual cross. We would like our text to be somewhat curved and 3D looking if possible. We haven't solidified our colors but we would like either gray/light blue or marroon/tan. We would prefer the cross to be rugged looking if possible.
The Construction Service, LLC portion of our name does not need to be curved or 3D just the name CrossTimber.
Please let me know any other specifics you may need.
