Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card design for a commercial property buying service pitched to mature, sophisticated property investors.
It needs to be simple, elegant, highly professional looking, and simple to read.
I need to be able to change the names and phone numbers on the design.
The old design is attached for guidance of the text required, not necessarily the design.
Hi resolution is very important.
The only graphic is to be the logo.
