Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new product brand logo,which use for temporary tattoo(Flash tattoo)who use for young people and kids.
Mostly using for special occasion and casual e.x Night out,Dating,X'mas,Halloween etc...something like this.
Our company based in Japan though we'd like to sell and advertise for around Asia such as Malaysia and Cambodia or somewhere,to do this we need to get a original brand and logo,first.
First of things, we'd like to create a small brand logo sticker ,which is using as advertising for flash tattoos(take on the package) .
Size: Heigth 5cm× Width 14cm
We considering those text , and able to accept some style and colour.
Would be next step,we demand to make a package designs who will be final designer one.
