I have no problems guaranteeing the payment. However, we have received quite a few responses that the budget is not big enough for the work. We have had one response so far, which used our rough artwork and put a border around it.

Basically, we need a few boxes and buttons designed and it made into a good-looking layout. I would appreciate your opinion on whether the budget is big enough to do that.

Probably what I will do is wait till later in the week to see if there are any good responses and if not, then guarantee the payment.

I am curious about the dimensions of this project; the brief states it is a flyer design, yet the info form states you're looking for a brochure.

Also, could you upload a version of your logo? I'm unable to pull it from the pdf's provided. Vector would be best, but jpg or png also work.

It's a single page sheet, so I suppose you would call that a flyer rather than a brochure (by which I presume you mean it's folded A4 to DL). Sorry if that caused any confusion.
