Logo Design Brief

The company name is "DeNova K-9 Academy". I do NOT want anything cute, or frilly/girly. I like modern fonts. Black, White, Silver, Red are the colors I'm going for. No Black backgrounds. I'd like to see a symbol made with the "DeNova K-9" and then spell out "Academy" AND I'd like to see a non-word symbol with the full name spelled out in a creative way -- please note: I want it rectangular in shape and not square so that it fits well on website at the top.

Can we get a bone as the "-" between K & 9?

We train dogs of all sizes, but we specialize in dogs with anger issues, which is why I don't want anything too cute, but something more edgy but not scary and still clean. It's a woman trainer but she's tough and loving/caring. I'd like the logo to communicate that we're caring and kind, but we can handle any level of behavior issues your dog may have.

Maybe have "DeNova" and then "K-9 Academy".
We want the logo to be rectangle shape so maybe put all the words on 1 line.

• Black, White, Red & Silver are the colors we love.

Nice to have

• Graduation Hat on either a dog or dog bone.
• Dog Tag as a frame around entire or portion of the logo.
• a dog bone as the "-" between K & 9.

Should not have

• Pink and frilly cute design.
• No ORANGE. No GREEN. Only the colors I said I wanted in the MUST HAVES section.
