CD Cover Design Brief

I need a CD cover design for my new album "Sun King Warriors". I have uploaded the HI RES image for the cover. (Yes, I purchased the rights to the image). What I need is a communicative and detail oriented designer to place my name, Jim Donovan, and the album title, Sun King Warriors on the cover preferably NOT over the elephant's face (she's too pretty for that). :)

The music is best described as Rock/Americana with two tons of drums.
The final design should communicate the feelings of power, masculine, boldness, energy and strength.

I am open to you adjusting the image I have provided with color filters or any other creative ideas you might have. I would like to see designs that use the color red, orange, dark red dark orange & black. I am open to other bold colors.
I really like fonts with an old, fatigued, Americana look... Think big and bold.
I also like backgrounds that have that faded antique look.

When complete, I'll need the name of the font/fonts used and layered .PSD files in addition to Hi RES TIFF files of the final product.

Requirements

Must have

• (1). My name "Jim Donovan" should equal or smaller in size than "Sun King Warriors".
• (2) My name "Jim Donovan" should appear ABOVE "Sun King Warriors".
• (3). Design should be placed in the dimensions of a standard CD cover.
• CD Cover Size Specifications for Printing. The finished dimensions for the outside of printed CD covers are 4.724 inches square. Many printed designs include bleed. The "bleed area" is an extra 1/8" of space for design elements or backgrounds to extend beyond the finished size of your piece.
• (3). I would like to see how you will transfer elements of the design the CD itself.
• (4). Impeccable quality. Please look at CD covers that appear at the top of the charts on iTunes and Amazon to get an idea of the quality I want you to aim for.

Nice to have

• I am liking the designs that replace the background behind the elephant with another texture.
• I really like fonts with an old, fatigued, Americana look... Think big and bold.
• I would like to see designs that have my name (Jim Donovan) and title (Sun King Warriors) @ the top of the cover.

Should not have

• NO Cursive, script or fancy fonts. (Think masculine)
• NO white, yellow or gold as a font color.
• NO Yellow or gold backgrounds.
