Logo Design Brief
Iteravi is an instructional design consulting firm for colleges and universities transitioning to online learning.
Iteravi means "to refine" and is the root of the word "iterative"; iterative design is one method of instructional design offered, but not the only method provided.
The company tag line is: "instructional design for your learning community"
The word "your" in the tag line is key, as it illustrates the personalized nature of the instructional design services provided.
Specifically, Iteravi provides customized solutions for instructional design. Fundamental to the process is first listening to clients - not only institutions, but instructors/professors - to assess their individual teaching goals and objectives. Only then can a group of e-learning, mobile learning, web-based, etc. tools be selected. Then, our instructional designers assist the instructor with implementation, assessment, and training.
Logo specifics - the desired look is clean, sleek and modern, but should play on the Latin root word.
In other words, the company's goal is to take what instructors have already (eg, course materials, etc) and modernize it. To take the existing curriculum and transition it to the online educational world...going from old to new.
We would like the name and logo in a separate, but compatible (including aesthetically), file from the tag line. In other words, we want to be able to use them separately or together, as one.
