Print Design Brief
I love the old stock certificates (see scripophily.com). I bring in partners to purchase apartment properties. The vignettes (pictures) would be great of apartments or other buildings in the same style as on the old stock certificates. Also with cool borders and decorative accents. I like the etching look or black/grey, or green.
Another way to think about the design, look at a new $100 bill. That style.
I want to give them to investors as gifts and to commemorate investments they make in the projects that I have.

- i attached photos of sample properties. I do not want the pictures in there but if you could use one of them to create a line drawing/etching for the vignette. Use your imagination.

- I would like the ability in the future to change out the vignette photo for each property and have the ability to type in the info rather than lines to write things in.
