Logo Design Brief
Looking for a logo for new company based in Canada called "In Situ Change Strategies".
In situ (/ɪn ˈsɪtjuː/ or /ɪn ˈsaɪtʃuː/) is a Latin phrase that translates literally to "on site", "in position” or "in place" and is often used to describe where an event takes place. In fields such as biology, in situ is used to describe the way a measurement is taken in the same place the phenomenon is occurring, without isolating it from other systems.
Similar to biological systems, activities and practices within social systems do not occur in isolation. Recognizing the complexity of our social systems, the In Situ Change Strategy Team aims to strengthen practices and activities at the local level while taking into the account the multiple interacting elements and actors that make up our current social systems.
By helping individuals, organizations and communities navigate these complex social systems we aim to contribute to and advance programs, practices, strategies and policies through research, evaluation and strategy and contribute to ongoing social change.
We would like to see the logo use a tree similar to the one attached but would like to emphasize the importance of roots. We would also like the logo to communicate the ability for individuals, organizations and communities to grow and change.
