Signage Design Brief

A Horizontal 16x3 signage/banner for side of building. We are a construction based staffing agency who provides temporary laborers to various construction/warehouse companies in our local area. The final design we are looking to achieve is a close up of a face wearing a hard hat. The face should resemble a rugged individual that could be dirty or with facial hair. The color of the banner we would like to have is black and white with the eyes of the individual the only thing in color along with the wording (Temp Workers) also our company logo which will be attached. We may add additional phrases or contact info as we see the designs unfold. A couple of images have been added to show what we are trying to mimic as far as the feel of the banner.
