Poster Design Brief

Luftmensch films needs a poster for a light romcom short film THE DRESS, shot in NYC. The story is about a girl (the brunette in the photos) who is uneasy about her Jazz musician boyfriend and plans to break up with him via a note. When she meets him, however, he reveals that he's just received a grant from a foundation worth $650k. Later they encounter a jazz band and dance, before he finds the note. Looking for a simple VERTICAL design that incorporates the credit block and title (you choose the font), and possibly the actual print for the dress (see the facebook page). Please focus more on the brunette if using the photos. I included the photos, but I could also imagine being satisfied with a design that relied solely on a reworking of the dress's abstract print, which comes from the designer milly (search: abstract coco print dress). I was very happy with my last design crowd project for film KARAGANDA which is on imdb, though this was a different movie. There will be a trailer up in the next few days if that helps. Nice to have

• A sense of coney island and NYC, if possible. But coney island more important as 80 % of the film is there.
