I have reworked the end of this description so please read to end.
We are a catholic ministry training and bible College. This has been our core business for 11 years and our students range from 16 to 60. We have recently gone online as well as in classroom and have put a secular course on volunteering on our scope along with our Christian courses. We are also delivering into schools at senior level with our online courses. A recent marketing strategy developed for the college said our no 1 priority was to rebrand. Our challenge is developing a logo (and total brand) That attracts young and old, catholic but doesn't scare off potential students with no faith, is professional but not too institutional (like university shield). We are a charismatic college so the Holy Spirit is core to our identity and we have had a crimson red as the main colour as it is associated with the Holy Spirit. Happy to give any further clarifying information and we realise this is a hard brief to achieve. The full name of our college is Acts 2 College of Mission & Evangelisation. It's known as Acts2CoME which was developed to tell people that our training was about who you would become and what you could achieve after finishing time with us - acts to come in their lives.

- Having looked at designs com ing through we have decided first and foremost to go with our acronym. The 't' can be a cross to link to our Christian reality as some have done but not essential. Suppose the challenge is doing something with the acronym.

- main colour dark crimson red - not candy red - chosen colour on the wheel is a bit too bright red; would prefer more blue-based red
