T-shirt Design Brief

We need a T-shirt design that will be on three different colored shirts. We will have one color for new freshman, one color for upperclassmen and a different color for faculty/staff. We will probably do a tie-dye style for the students and a solid color for faculty/staff. Our colors are Crimson and White (we also use black, white, silver and gray). We are the bald eagles. We use "The Haven" often for students though we are actually Lock Haven University.

We are looking for a fun design that students will like enough to volunteer to work to get the T-shirt. Student focus groups suggested something with Eagle Wings on the back (like some of the angel wing designs that are popular right now) or using the eagle talon (feet) along with claw marks - maybe at the bottom of the shirt instead of centered.

This t-shirt will be given to all new freshman for showing up at the opening event and to all upperclassmen that volunteer. It has to be something that appeals to a college student - especially new freshman.
