Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company which is currently based in Fiji called Flipit. I offer sport psychology consultancy services by providing mental skills training and counselling to individual elite athletes, sport teams, groups and organizations.

I would like the word flipit to be the logo itself, and I would like to see variations to it by flipping either the "i" or "it" in the word flipit.

My preference is for the the word "flip" to be in black and "it" in red, but I wouldn't mind other color combinations for comparison. I would like to see designs where it's just word flipit on its own and also designs where you incorporate other graphics together with the word flipit. The final design should communicate positive change.
