Stationery Design Brief

We would like to have a upper and lower header designed for the use in our quotes and invoices. We will need to be able to drop it into programs like Microsoft word and Apple Pages etc. My guess would be that it needs to be a JPEG or something of that nature.

Just looking or a 1Inch Tittle Bar with a simple design like a flowing ribbon of colors or something . The Tittle bar should include.
