Logo Design Brief

We need a company/website logo design for a new website called 'NEST Inn'. Our website features a search engine for low-priced short term apartment/house rental mainly targeting student groups (Campus focused and catogorized). We would like to see designs that use/include the color orange(#ED9C28 preferred), white/light grey. The final design should convey a message of 'welcoming' and 'home sweet home'. The picture attached is a possible design of something we would like to see in the logo (NOT NECESSARILY).
