Flyer Design Brief

We are a building company who would like to produce a flyer to advertise our new home "The Charlotte" which we will build on their land. We would like to include a list of items which will be included, along with the price, a picture of the facade and floor plan. Our logo is in orange and grey so we would like these colours incorporated in the design.

We are targeting first home buyers, young couples and people wishing to downsize to a smaller home.
