We would like the Web Page to represent the following values:

We need a Design based on a PSD file for the Main Page containing the following:
Header:
- Logo + optional Image / Graphic / Slogan / Quote
- Menu Bar with drop-down for Sub-Menus
- Search Box
Full Width Featured Content Area
- Main Description of the Product (with read-more Link + optional Image / Graphic)
Smaller Featured Content Areas:
- Product Features (with read-more Link + optional Icon)
- Documentation and Demo (with read-more Link + optional Icon)
- Professional Services (with read-more Link + optional Icon)
- Training (with read-more Link + optional Icon)
Latest News:
- 3-5 latest News + option Image / Grafic
Testimonial:
- 1 Customer Testimonial with Photo
Footer:
- Copyright and "all rights reserved" Notice
- Privacy Policy
- Contact Info: Address, Phone Number and Email

Guidelines for Style/Theme:

- After the contest we will work with the Designer on the other Pages
- We will need a PSD File, so that we can organize the actual coding of the Wordpress Page / Theme
- If images / photos are used, they have to be royalty-free.
