Logo Design Brief
Bold, modern, distinctive logo for a small, three-car professional auto racing team that will race different cars (Mazda MX-5, Porsche 911 and Tatuus F1.4 open wheel) in different car classes at famous US tracks. Have secured several Fortune 500 car sponsors, so logo needs to be very professional looking. Will also use on letterhead, promotional materials and race cars themselves. Full name is not as important as a distinctive and clever logo.
Have added a rough logo concept I prepared. Would be interested to see what professional designers can do with it. Constitutes a "rocking chair" plus stylized "r" for racing. Please focus on black and red colors. Thanks.

Reason: Several good designs have requested a couple of more days. I also submitted an idea that I expect several designers will play with. Will extend to 8/1 but no further; hard decision and selection will be made by that date.
