Book Cover Design Brief

I am in need of a very simplistic, yet specific cover style for my up-coming book.
The book cover must have a white background with the (preferably unnatural looking) eyes and red lips of a girl on it. I have given a example in the files of the 'Fright Night 2' picture (though the cover must not have the vampire characteristics or be a direct rip, the file images are merely examples of what I want combined). The title of the book, is 'Eva' and should be in the center of the page next to the face with the tagline 'You'll never get her out of your head' written below at the bottom of the page. The font style I seek can be represented in the second file upload of 'Lolita' and must be red. The author name at the bottom of the page, in bold writing is CONNER OWEN. Thank you for reading, the final design should communicate a retro feel and provoke curiosity.
