Logo Design Brief

I am looking to update my logo. I think it's a little plain and maybe a little "girly". I would like a 1 color and 2 color version...using bright blue or aqua, bright green, orange, purple or yellow, No Red or dark green. My website is www.promo-concepts.net. I am a promotional products distributor...hence the pen in my current logo...it's one of the most popular items in our industry. I'll need the logo simple enough to be printed in small imprint areas like on pens...but also look well as a larger imprint like on tees. Maybe a couple of version...vertical and horizontal. I also like logos that mix a couple of fonts.
