Poster Design Brief

I need a poster for an event to be staged in Gibraltar called Calentita!
Calentita! is a food festival and street party that celebrates GIbraltar's multicultural and colour community. The event has a tagline "Tastes from the Multing Pot".
I am looking for a poster which captures the spirit of the event without being too obvious.

Updates

Because this event is rapidly approaching I would like to settle the design for the poster as soon as possible, so the earlier you post the better
thanks

I am trying to avoid a poster that looks too similar to last year's.
Red and White are Gibraltar's national colours and I would like to feature them in the design.
Calentita! the name needs to be in Clarendon! (bold) with tight character spacing

Target Market(s)

Target market are the people of Gibraltar - Gibraltar is a british colony in southern Spain, population 30,000 - Gibraltarians are of British, Spanish, Italian (Genoa), Portugese and Moroccan extraction. Gibraltar also has large Hindu, Jewish and Moroccan Communities.
