Brochure Design Brief

I'd like to have a brochure designed for my Internet marketing company. I have the content all ready, 10 Internet Marketing Myths, which you can see here: http://www.practicalonlinemarketing.com/common-internet-marketing-myths/. I'm looking for something creative and business to business. The company is all about Internet marketing. I like the "http://" header I use at our website. People like it too and identify with it. Audience is business owners 35 to 55 years old. I use blue at my website. I *think* I would like the cover page (front page) to open with some attention grabbing text, that basically takes most of the front page of the brochure. It would probably say: "I Can Help You Get BETTER RESULTS from Your Website, More Traffic, TOP RANKINGS at Google, More Leads and MORE SALES. But first you'll have to avoid these common Internet marketing myths..." The inside pages would have the content from above (the 10 myths). The back page would have testimonials that I can provide. And the inside folded in page (or what I call the inside folded in page) would have a list of services. I think I want the dimensions 12x9 which is a larger sized, three-fold brochure.
