Youve got an illustration, which took the illustrator maybe 7 to 20 hours. You seem to be not sufficient,- but you didnt mention what you want different. And you want a complete layout,- this is not really competency of a specialized illustrator and extra-work.
This might be reasons for no entries here.
I would be able to do the illustration, but even if it shall be very reduced, I think this is a tight budget.

I am just looking to get a single, a simple image mocked up. Hopefully you will be able to put together something very basic.
