Logo Design Brief

We need a simple logo design. We are an authentic Italian bakery and we specialize In traditional Italian breads using high quality ingredients.
Our logo should be mainly 'tardis' blue and Gold. But we are happy for other colours to be incorporated if need be. We have wooden shelves for our bread display and we have a rustic feel to our shop.
The final design should be traditional, yet modern.
We want three lines of text:

Raffael's Bakery
Panificio Italiano
Since 1990

We would also like "Raffael's Bakery" to be in larger writing than "Panificio Italiano" and "since 1990" in smaller writing still.
