Business Card Design Brief

I work with retailers such as Epic Pizza (new pizza concept coming from Melbourne) IMO Car wash and Mrs Field Cookies to name a few that I work directly with. My job is to find and negotiate property to run and operate there businesses from which take the burden off them allowing them to focus on their business. The business name is 'CMT Retail'. I have attached a screen shot of the style of the card that i would like.
