Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design to be used on business cards, stationary, and eventually my own website to brand my residential real estate business. I am a Broker/Realtor®. The final design should somehow communicate caring for people in buying and selling homes. I like clean designs, fresh, simple, but also sophisticated. I am a consummate professional and communication is the key to success in my relationships with my customers. A counterpart of mine uses a gold key as his logo so it cannot resemble anything like that, but the simplicity of his design I like. I would like to use metallics or natural colors. The final design should also convey trust and a positive, spiritual connection. I would like to use the design on crisp white paper.

Must have

• my name on there and my logo for stationary and business cards, the words Residential Real Estate and Allen Tate Co. (residential real estate is the type of real estate that I sell and Allen Tate Co. is the company that I represent)

Nice to have

• fresh, clean, sophisticated ideas, metallic colors, not bright colors

Should not have

• a house anywhere on logo. looking for a fresh idea, not a picture of a triangle either. even though I serve the Triangle area (raleigh, durham, chapel hill, I also cover other areas including Apex and Cary)
