Logo Design Brief

we are a new restaurant opening up in a country pub in England. Our theme is a rustic farm to table vibe so we wanted to make the logo reflect nature rather than a queen of England. This gave us the idea of having a logo of a queen bee. This will need to fit in a square dimension for the pub sign, social media profile, website, receipts and menus. We'd prefer a logo without text but are open to ideas like initials/monograms. Attached is a sample of what we did ourselves to give you an idea of our train of thought. Requirements

Must have

• the logo needs to be a bee, and to fit in a square dimension. This doesn't mean to say that it cannot be a circle, as that would work inside the space too.

Nice to have

• some sort of crown to indicate that the bee is the queen so that people understand the meaning. We would rather there was no text so it is a visual logo that we can add text to if and when necessary.

Should not have

• bright colours (we want something fairly neutral and sketch-like).
