Postcard Design Brief

I need a postcard design for my real estate marketing plan "farming". The firm name is Pointe 3 real estate. I am looking for a design that I can mail to 1000 residential homes in the Seattle area advertising myself as a real estate professional. The target price point these mailers will go out to is between 300k- 1.5 million. I would like to see a design with similar colors as shown in my firms logo as well as a headshot of myself. (images attached). If there needs to be verbiage on the card it doesn't have to be exact but here is an example of Keeping up with real estate market trends can be a full time job.
