Logo Design Brief

We don't like our logo. Therefore, we need a new one along with the corresponding letterhead, fax cover sheet, business card, and mailing envelope (business #10). We are a brokerage company, dealing in both invesetment single family and multi-family properties. We have a propety management and rehab/maintenance subsidiary. Although we deal mostly with affordable housing, we want a professional looking design that will enable us to grow our business into higher end properties, including commercial properties as well. The name below does not have to be "in" the logo, but we are open to ideas.

• If we could tie the letters "IRG" into the logo it would be nice because we would like to build some branding around those letters if poffible.
