Logo Design Brief

I would like to have a distinctive logo for my flavor science consulting business. The consulting business leverages my dual expertise in both chemistry and the science associated with food and beverage flavor development. Have attached a file with several graphics I came across. Of course for something like this I would like flavor related structures(i.e. vanillin, eugenol, limonene, etc) Would like colors in the blue or green direction if colors utilized.
