Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new real estate investment company call Quick Close Homes located in Colorado. We help motivated home sellers by purchasing their home(s) "as-is" at a discounted price quickly. We then rehab the house for sale in the retail market or keep it as a rental property. We move quick in every aspect of the purchase/sale & rehab project while we work with our local community of businesses and contractors to get the project complete. We've always liked the color scheme of red, black, white &/or gray but we'd be open to seeing the design in other color schemes as an option.
