Logo Design Brief

I am a successful consultant and ex-CIO who is going it alone with my own company. The company is called Lueur which is French for "glow".
My clients are senior executives from government and services industries (law etc). I work with business owners and IT teams to turn around performance - growing internal capability, working with vendors to modernise technology, designing and implementing strategies to realise value from information and technology.
I work alongside teams and individuals to make them successful, from the CEO to the individual team members in the IT team. I believe that helping people realise their potential, within the company or elsewhere, benefits everyone.
I am renowned for being a straight talker who doesn't flinch away from the hard calls. I am also honest and encouraging though, not ruthless and I focus on delivering value for money and sustainable results, not cheap and quick solutions. I am one of a minority of successful women in the ICT industry and I won the CIO of the Year for Australia in 2013 - I am proud of my achievements and of the teams that worked with me to realise them.
Update - I would possibly like a small four point star in the logo - not a must have, just an image that seems to be floating in my head related to Lueur's meaning.
