Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based on US called "Bear&co". We develop innovate energy projects for small companies. Our initial project is renewable energy, but we want to position the company as an energy services company. We would like to see designs that use a differnet color in the letter "e" symbolizing the word (energy): the final design should communicate trust and innovation.

I made an example of what I had in mind but I'm open to any idea, thanks to all.
