What type of font are you looking for ?

I feel it needs a san serif font for legibility, but don't have any other ideas at the moment.

Please keep in mind that Ready, Set, Go, and Show are four equally important phases of any training program. Each makes a vital contribution to the effectiveness/success of the program. This should be reflected in the logo.

The design should not emphasise/highlight one of the words in ReadySetGoShow. All four phases of the Ready-Set-Go-Show model are of equal importance to training/learning effectiveness. Learners have to complete all four phases in order to reach the 'finish line'.

It may be helpful to think of Ready-Set-Go-Show as representing a 'learning journey'. Effective training takes learners on a journey that starts with getting them Ready and only ends when they Show what they have learned and achieved.

It's apparent from some of the designs that a better understanding of each phase would be helpful. Here are some words that relate to the READY phase:
Preparation, Desire to attend, Perceived relevance/importance, Perceived benefits

by Project Owner on Friday, June 26, 2015

Here are some words that relate to the SET Phase:
Initial learning, Knowledge and skill acquisition, Essential know-how, Fundamental concepts and principles

Here are some words that relate to the GO Phase:
Application/transfer of learning, deliberate practice, on-the-job learning, competence and proficiency development

Here are some words that relate to the SHOW Phase:
Sharing learning, Providing evidence, Demonstrating competence or proficiency, Celebrating learning and performance achievements

Thank you everyone for your time and effort . Based on the designs provided I've updated the following sections of the brief:
* Must Haves
* Like to Haves
* Should Not Haves
I hope this provides additional clarity/guidance.
