Advance reservation: I do not want to offend anyone. Project deadline extended and you said: "...we are not fully satisfied". But... Satisfied with what?
Twenty years you have lived with this: "http://www.designcrowd.com/file.aspx?fileLocation=storage_url/brief_uploads/1251857_hpllogored_brief221707.png" and now nothing satisfies you.
Maybe you should start with the answers to the questions that were asked. Then start to feedback and (or) elliminate the submitted works, whether good or bad. Now that there are more than 500, it is hard work, but it is necessary to start somewhere.
Then maybe someone will understand what is the principle of your satisfaction. Otherwise, I am afraid, you can only hope for a miracle.
I repeat once again: I do not want to offend anyone. But: on the other side of the screen - real people - they were working, spending time - and you've just told them that you are not satisfied. Personally, I think this is not enough for a good result.
Sorry for such a "cry", but to work with a complete lack of feedback from the customer - it's like a blind poke into the concrete wall with a faint hope for the door.
