Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a company in Fernandina beach, fl. We specialize in all shingle, metal, tile and all flat roofs. I would like the design to look very vintage-like. The colors I really like is like whats in the 1st file I uploaded. Actually I really like that logo with the saw blade and instead of the axe maybe a hammer that's almost stretched, if that make any sense. I also like the color black, navy blue and red. The second logo is also kinda of cool with the desired shaped like a house.
