Banner Ad Design Brief

Hello,
I would like a customized background for my LinkedIn profile. The specifications are as follows:

* File type JPG, GIF or PNG
* No larger than 4MB.
* Pixel dimensions between 1000 X 425 and 4000 X 4000

LinkedIn provides these further instructions:

If your background image appears blurry or pixelated, please choose an image with a file size as close to the maximum as possible, as images with larger file sizes typically look better. Photos will also look better than images with logos. If your image is still blurry or pixelated, you may want to run it through a compression tool such as Trimage for Windows or ImageOptim for Mac before uploading it to LinkedIn.

I want a banner that emphasizes that I'm a healthcare CIO and lists the following responsibilities:

HIPAA
Revenue Cycle
EHR
Health IT
ICD-10
Meaningful Use
Integration
Strategy
Security

Let me know if there isn't enough room for all of these and I can pare it down. I'm attaching two examples of how others in my profession have done that. I'm also including my current banner (which I like) and would be great if we somehow incorporate into the design. No worries if we can't.
