Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business. I give lectures for businesses about how to create and maintain a winning culture and a winning team. My background for giving lectures is based on my time on the most succesful rowing team for the past 20 years. Since 1994 our team "the gold four" have won medals at the Olympics and world championships. We have 3 Olympic gold and 2 olympic bronze medals and 7 wold championship gold medals and a bunch of other medals.
I need the logo in both english and danish: "Winning Team" and "Vinderteamet"
