Graphic Design Brief

I would like a logo design to incorporate the name of my business which is pro dec painters, Painting & Decorating. I would like a clean modern design that is easy to read and when seen instantly identifies the painting trade. This logo will be displayed on all company stationary and also displayed on all company vehicles so it will need to be a logo that is clean and sharp. As the logo will be displayed on company vehicles I would like it to be a logo that when seen people take a minute to look and instantly understand what it is. I do like the idea of the logo having the name of the company incorporated into the design or having the name beside the logo or underneath it.
