Logo Design Brief
JetPens.com has been a purveyor of high-quality writing instruments and office supplies since early 2005. The business was started by 3 college kids and grew out of a dorm room. For a long while, one of the founders did all the graphics design for the company, hence the amateur look of the logo you see on the website. That being said, the little green mascot named “Jetdo” has become near and dear to many of JetPens’ diehard fans. So, it’s taking JetPens a while to move away from the old logo design.
Well, now, we believe is the time to move on and embrace a new logo for the JetPens brand. We will continue to retain Jetdo as our mascot, placing him on various site pages or marketing materials in the future. But, we want a modern, clean, and bold logo with large text to emphasize our brand name, JetPens. We also want to continue to keep the friendly sage green color tone of the site and possibly for the logo as customers have identified this color with our company.
