Book Cover Design Brief

We need a new cover design for a book. The design should include the front cover, spine, and back cover. The existing cover can be seen here (and is attached): http://www.amazon.com/Smarter-Faster-Better-Strategies-Leadership/dp/0787982687

We are not married to any of the elements, colors, fonts etc of the existing cover, and would prefer something entirely different. The only thing that should remain the same is the text that is on the cover, spine, and back. Choose your own colors, placement, fonts and feel free to use images or illustrations as part of the design too.

The book is about Leadership Development and becoming "smarter" by asking more questions, "faster" by slowing down, and "better" by being of service to others. The quotes on the back of the book will tell you more.
